Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the BossMen Clinics website, patient account features, appointment booking and patient chat (the “Services”). BossMen Clinics is part of the Dr. Maher Mahmoud clinics.

By using the Services you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

About BossMen Clinics

BossMen is a men-only clinic offering laser hair removal, skin treatments, peeling, boosters and injectables, under the supervision of Dr. Maher Mahmoud. We operate branches in New Cairo, Sheikh Zayed and Mohandessin.

This website provides information about our clinics and treatments and lets you request a visit. It is not a substitute for a medical consultation.

Medical Information

Information on this website and in chat is general and does not constitute a diagnosis, medical advice or a treatment plan. Whether a treatment suits you is decided by a clinician at an in-person assessment.

Results vary from person to person. Please tell the clinic about your medical history, medication, allergies and skin conditions before any treatment.

The Services are not for emergencies. If you need urgent medical help, contact your local emergency services or go to the nearest hospital.

Your Patient Account

Sign-in and patient accounts are provided by the Dr. Maher Mahmoud account service (drmahermahmoud.com). To book or use chat you need an account and must give accurate, up-to-date contact details so the clinic can reach you.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has used it.

Bookings

When you book through the website:

• You choose treatments, a branch and a date. You do not choose a time: the clinic contacts you to agree a time within the opening shift, 12 PM to 10 PM.
• A booking request is received when you see its reference number. The visit time is agreed with you by the clinic, who may contact you by phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email.
• You can hold up to three upcoming bookings and choose up to six treatments in one booking. You cannot have two active bookings at the same branch on the same day.
• The clinic may contact you to change or reschedule a visit, for example for medical, safety or scheduling reasons.

Cancelling or Changing a Booking

You can cancel an upcoming booking from your account page. To change a booking, call your branch or message the clinic.

Please cancel as early as you can so the time can be offered to someone else.

Prices and Payment

Prices are confirmed by the clinic and are not charged through this website. BossMen does not take online payments. Payment for treatments is made at the clinic.

Patient Chat and Notifications

Chat lets you send questions to the clinic team. Replies are made during working hours and may not be immediate. Do not use chat for emergencies.

You agree that we may send you service messages by email, SMS or chat about your bookings and conversations, such as confirmations, cancellations and replies.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Provide false information or book on behalf of someone else without their knowledge.
• Attempt to access accounts, data or systems that are not yours, or to disrupt the Services.
• Send abusive, unlawful or misleading messages, or use the Services to send spam or automated requests.

Intellectual Property

The BossMen name, logo, text, design and other content on this website belong to BossMen Clinics or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission, except for your personal use of the Services.

Third-Party Services and Links

The Services rely on providers such as the Dr. Maher Mahmoud account service, email and SMS delivery, and hosting. Links to other websites, including our social media pages, are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or practices.

Availability and Changes to the Services

We aim to keep the Services available, but they may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance or reasons beyond our control. We may change, suspend or stop parts of the Services, and may update branches, hours or treatments.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, BossMen Clinics is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website, or from the website being unavailable. Nothing in these Terms limits any right or liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including for your medical care at the clinic.

How we collect and use your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version and its “Last updated” date will be published on this page. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
